Joris de Wilde studied Dutch law at Leiden University and graduated in 1997. In 1998 he joined Bannenberg Advocaten where he was involved in company law. With the merger between Bannenberg Advocaten and BANNING in 2001, Joris entered the employment of BANNING. He is part of the Company Law practice group in which he focuses mainly on the law of obligations and contract law. He also is involved in a flourishing practice group on debt collection, attachment law and execution law. Joris successfully completed the specialist course in Finance and Security at the Grotius Academy.
