Anouk graduated in criminal law from the University of Utrecht in 2003. Before joining BANNING N.V. as an attorney in 2007, she worked as a (senior) judicial clerk at the Court of Utrecht in the Insolvency and the Law of Persons & Family Law departments. At BANNING N.V., Anouk works in the Law of Persons & Family Law practice group, focusing among other things on maintenance, custody and access issues, and questions of matrimonial property law, whether or not in the context of divorce proceedings.
