Sandra Voet-van de Wijdeven studied Dutch law at Leiden University. After
graduating she completed a programme in business administration at Nijenrode
University. Sandra began her legal career in the area of corporate finance, also
advising and litigating in cases of general company law.
Sandra was also seconded to the beer brewer Bavaria, where she gained experience in general legal practice at a brewing company. Sandra has been with BANNING since 2006, where she specializes in mergers and acquisitions for national and international clients.
