Brigitte studied Dutch law at Tilburg University, at the same time completing a
course in communication at a university of professional education. During her
studies Brigitte worked as a student assistant for the Private Law department of
Tilburg University and as a legal assistant with a law firm in Tilburg.
During the last phase of her study, Brigitte specialized in individual and collective employment law. She has been working for BANNING since 2007 in the Employment Law practice group, where she is involved in matters relating to termination of employment, employee performance and unsatisfactory performance, employment conditions, recovery of back wages, competition and business relationships clauses.
