Carla Vinken completed her Dutch Law study (European Law, Legal entities and Corporate Law) at the Catholic University of Nijmegen in 1990. Since then she has been working in the legal profession. In the period 2000 – 2007 she was working as a independent lawyer. Carla practices Commercial and Corporate Law. She has lots of experience in legal services to specific lines of business and also special branches of law, among which (European) Competition Law. Carla joined BANNING in 2008 and practices Property law. In this field she advises as well as litigates for property developers, building companies and social housing institutions.
