Carla Vinken graduated in Dutch law (European law, law of legal persons and company law) from the Catholic University of Nijmegen in 1990. From December 1990 to September 1997 she worked for Poelman Denneman Bruinsma Advocaten where she was involved in commercial law, particularly European law.
From September 1996 to September 2000 she worked for Keizers Poelman Advocaten. In September 2000 Carla set up her practice as an independent lawyer in Mierlo. In early April 2008 Carla joined BANNING Advocaten, where she specializes in company law.
