Léon Schuttelaar studied Dutch law (specializing in private law and
socio-economic law) in Groningen. He has been with BANNING Advocaten since 1981.
Léon is involved in company law in the broadest sense, with particular emphasis
on competition law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly
litigates in disputes relating to company law.
Léon has followed specialist
courses in Company Law and Mergers and Acquisitions at the Grotius Academy.
